OUR HISTORY & OUR PEOPLE

BMAK is a consulting company that was founded in 2003 with offices in Trinidad and Canada. Its founder, Peter Neckles started his career in Information Technology in 1982 after graduating from Portsmouth University.  Peter started Neckles Consulting in Trinidad in 1993 and designed and developed a payroll system which is still in use by clients in Trinidad. He consults on various projects involving process re-engineering, workforce transformation and internet solutions. 

The company provides various professional services including program and project management, business consulting, business continuity planning and the entire lifecycle of IT projects including IT strategic planning. We have assisted in a range of other projects including Governance and Legal infrastructure projects. Our Business Analysts, Business Consultants, Project/Program/Portfolio Managers and Software & Systems Architects are highly qualified and experienced, having worked in the Middle Europe and North America. 

Over the years, BMAK has developed a large network and is able to put a team together to provide a variety of services and solutions to satisfy our clients' diverse needs.

Business Analysts

Our Business/Systems Analysts provides the conduit between users and the technical people to ensure user requirements are captured and documented to ensure the final deliverables meets expectations. 

Testing and modeling are all part of the experience to ensure systems are designed and delivered according to specifications.
